4 Inner Thigh Exercises That Will Shape Lean Sexy Legs

Your legs and mainly your thigh muscle complex is one of the biggest in the body… right behind your shoulder complex. This means precisely two things for you…
1. This muscle complex and burn a lot of calories and destroy a lot of fat. 2. This muscle complex when trained correctly will give your body tons of support and proper balance.
Bottom line is your thighs and legs are very important muscles to develop for your body. And besides concentrating on building nice long muscles, you really need to make sure that you also keep their flexibility… especially as you age.
You’re reading this because you want to sculpt your inner thighs, but you must realize that sculpting and exercising your entire thigh complex will yield faster results. I just want to make sure that was clear before we dive into the 4 exercises.
Let’s dive into these exercises so you can sculpt your inner thighs quickly:
1. The Squat – This is for all practical purposes one of the greatest exercises you can do for your body. And I’m going to come right at you and tell you to try and drop your thighs past parallel.
Doing this will help to engage a lot more of your thighs and especially your butt for maximum effectiveness. Finally remember that when doing the squat you want to keep your toes pointing forward and keep those knees bending straight over your toe lines.
2. Deadlifts – This exercise is right there along with the squat as greatest of exercises. Responsible for activating almost every part of your body, the deadlift will massively sculpt your thighs. Remember this though… form is everything for maximum effectiveness. Keep your back perfectly straight.
After doing the deadlift you will feel your butt hurting for days, but this is just what you’re looking for for massive fat destroying. Remember, like the squat you want to keep those feet straight… and even more important keep that back straight like a board… and push with the thighs.
3. Walking Lunges – Walking lunges are a great exercise for really targeting your thighs and sculpting them to be sexy and lean. The engagement of this exercise is one powerful fat burning… lean muscle building… power exercise.
When you do the walking lunge, you’re getting a little better of a workout, because you are engaging all of your stabilizer muscles so you don’t lose balance. That means you will build better balance… symmetry… and burn more calories.
4. Go Sprint – While sprinting is not a weight lifting exercise, it is definitely a great exercise. It’s not standard cardio as your muscles get activated on every level increasing muscle size and endurance. Sprinting is a great addition to a solid total body workout.
Being fast will help your muscles train just differently enough that you will finish off the fat destroying and be left with lean… feminine ripped thighs.
These are four of the best exercises of your thighs and consequently your inner thighs. Work these exercises in with a full body workout and you will see a transformation unlike anything you’ve ever had happen before.
