			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Decades before mixed martial arts became popular in the United States, events matching fighters of different fighting disciplines were very common in Japan. They weren&#8217;t called &#8220;mixed martial arts&#8221; at the time, but that&#8217;s essentially what they were.There&#8217;s an entire history of pro wrestlers fighting specialists from other martial arts (particularly judo) that were leaving out, but during the 1970&#8217;s Antonio Inoki began to put the concept of &#8220;mixed martial arts&#8221; on the map with his matches against fighters from other disciplines.</p>
<p>Inoki would often face other martial artists in fights that are widely accepted to have been &#8220;worked&#8221; (having a predetermined outcome) in the same manner as professional wrestling matches.  While Inoki faced a number of karate, judo and boxing champions his most famous match was certainly his fight against world heavyweight boxing champion Muhammad Ali.  </p>
<p>There are differing accounts of how the best heavyweight boxer in history found himself in a ring in Tokyo&#8217;s Budokan Arena against a pro wrestler. One thing is certain&#8211;it was viewed as an easy payday for Ali, who&#8217;d lost a good chunk of his prime earning years to his controversial stance over the Vietnam war. That&#8217;s what got him there in the first place, and that&#8217;s what kept him there after the two sides began squabbling over the rules and the outcome of the fight. Some suggest that it was supposed to be a &#8220;fair fight&#8221; going in and once Ali saw Inoki spar he insisted on rules changes to tilt the fight in his favor. Another more likely version of the story suggests that Ali&#8217;s handlers knew that the fight was supposed to be a &#8220;work&#8221; all along. They made the deal with Inoki&#8217;s people based on this fact, and were all on board as to the outcome of the match and how it would &#8220;finish&#8221;. The &#8220;original&#8221; plan was to have Inoki win in a controversial manner that would keep his undefeated streak in &#8220;MMA&#8221; matches intact while allowing Ali to &#8220;save face. The only person who wasn&#8217;t aware of the game plan, however, was Ali himself. When informed that he was supposed to &#8220;take a dive&#8221;, even in a convoluted fashion, Ali refused. No agreement was reached between the two camps and at the last minute a legit fight transpired. The promoters were left with a sold out Budokan, a worldwide PPV audience and two fighters who despite every effort to the contrary would actually have to fight each other.</p>
<p>Many conspiracy theorists have noted that these rules were never announced to the crowd on fight night, leaving many with the impression that they were being made up as they went along. Action in the fight would further validate this view, but there actually were rules that both camps agreed to heading into the fight. Not surprisingly, most of these were designed to protect Ali. In fact, they were so one-sided that if Inoki hadn&#8217;t been so concerned about preserving his big payday he would have been justified in not fighting. Inoki was prohibited from punching with a closed fist or striking Ali in the head (ostensibly since he wasn&#8217;t wearing gloves). Inoki was prohibited from using any sort of submission maneuver. The most absurd limitation was that Inoki was prohibited from &#8220;grappling or trying to take Ali to the ground&#8221;. A few observers noted that this was like not letting Ali throw a jab.</p>
<p>The result was an absolutely horrible fight.  Neither man showed much interest in engaging the other, with Inoki spending most of the time on the ground doing what he could under the one sided rules.  Inoki threw kicks at Ali&#8217;s legs, Ali threw an occasional jab and tried to protect himself from his opponent&#8217;s leg strikes.  The fight ended a 74-74 draw, with the real losers being the fans.</p>
<p>An interesting postscript to the fight is that the referee was former pro wrestler &#8220;Judo&#8221; Gene Labell, a legit tough guy whom some have suggested could have beaten up both Ali and Inoki at the same time despite his advanced age. Had he chosen to do so, it would certainly have been welcomed by those watching the fight live and on closed circuit.  </p>
<p>In the aftermath of the fight, Inoki&#8217;s popularity was greater than ever&#8211;in a perverse way he was something of a hero due to his trying to fight despite the rules being stacked so soundly against him. He remained one of the country&#8217;s most popular professional wrestlers and even enjoyed a career in Japan&#8217;s parliament. Without missing a beat, he quickly resumed his series of fights against other martial artists who were apparently all more comfortable with the &#8220;worked&#8221; environment of pro wrestling. Among his &#8220;victims&#8221; was none other than Leon Spinks, presumably serving as some sort of vindication for his draw with Ali. The popularity of these matches led to a number of promotions that were essentially hybrids of martial arts and pro wrestling, and these led to the big Japanese MMA promotions of today.</p>

<p>Before you go any further, you need to be clear that these tips along will not give you complete acne cure.  However, if you use them to aid your other treatment plan, you will see better and faster results.</p>
<p>Tip 1. Always Keep Your Hands Clean</p>
<p>You may notice other people often touch their faces with hands, but did you realize you are doing the same thing? Do you scratch, rub your jaw line or chin, or rest your head in your hands? You may even do this multiple times a day! This is why you should always keep your hands clean. The grease, oil and dirt from food or other objects can easily be run into the pores of your skin, which will then lead to outbreaks of pimples and acne.</p>
<p>Tip 2. Use A Clay Mask Every Day</p>
<p>Excessive facial oil is one of the major causes for skin problems such as pimples, acne and blemishes, and clay masks work wonders in exfoliating the skin and removing the extra oil. In addition, they also trap bacteria and dead skin cells and therefore leave you with a totally clean skin.</p>
<p>Tip 3. The Use Of Toothpaste</p>
<p>By applying a small size of toothpaste to your affected area, you may find that the inflammation will get almost instant relief.  This technique works wonders for some people, but it is not for delicate skin or more severe acne conditions.  Remember to remove the toothpaste with lukewarm water in about 15-20 minutes and not to scrub too hard.</p>
<p>As mentioned, I have personally tested these methods introduced in this article, and they do work for me and for many others as well.  The downside is that they do not deal with the root of pimple problems, and therefore the results are not lasting.  If you want to eliminate your acne problem once and for all, you will have to shoot it at the root.</p>

<p>Bottom line is your thighs and legs are very important muscles to develop for your body. And besides concentrating on building nice long muscles, you really need to make sure that you also keep their flexibility&#8230; especially as you age.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re reading this because you want to sculpt your inner thighs, but you must realize that sculpting and exercising your entire thigh complex will yield faster results. I just want to make sure that was clear before we dive into the 4 exercises.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s dive into these exercises so you can sculpt your inner thighs quickly:</p>
<p>1. The Squat &#8211; This is for all practical purposes one of the greatest exercises you can do for your body. And I&#8217;m going to come right at you and tell you to try and drop your thighs past parallel. </p>
<p>Doing this will help to engage a lot more of your thighs and especially your butt for maximum effectiveness. Finally remember that when doing the squat you want to keep your toes pointing forward and keep those knees bending straight over your toe lines.</p>
<p>2. Deadlifts &#8211; This exercise is right there along with the squat as greatest of exercises. Responsible for activating almost every part of your body, the deadlift will massively sculpt your thighs. Remember this though&#8230; form is everything for maximum effectiveness. Keep your back perfectly straight.</p>
<p>After doing the deadlift you will feel your butt hurting for days, but this is just what you&#8217;re looking for for massive fat destroying. Remember, like the squat you want to keep those feet straight&#8230; and even more important keep that back straight like a board&#8230; and push with the thighs.</p>
<p>3. Walking Lunges &#8211; Walking lunges are a great exercise for really targeting your thighs and sculpting them to be sexy and lean. The engagement of this exercise is one powerful fat burning&#8230; lean muscle building&#8230; power exercise.</p>
<p>When you do the walking lunge, you&#8217;re getting a little better of a workout, because you are engaging all of your stabilizer muscles so you don&#8217;t lose balance. That means you will build better balance&#8230; symmetry&#8230; and burn more calories.</p>
<p>4. Go Sprint &#8211; While sprinting is not a weight lifting exercise, it is definitely a great exercise. It&#8217;s not standard cardio as your muscles get activated on every level increasing muscle size and endurance. Sprinting is a great addition to a solid total body workout.</p>
<p>Being fast will help your muscles train just differently enough that you will finish off the fat destroying and be left with lean&#8230; feminine ripped thighs.</p>
<p>These are four of the best exercises of your thighs and consequently your inner thighs. Work these exercises in with a full body workout and you will see a transformation unlike anything you&#8217;ve ever had happen before. </p>
